attentive staff efficient cleaning extra request
the staff was very attentive and friendly. efficient cleaning was always available, offering a fresh towel if requested. breakfast met my expectations and extra requests were welcomed.
rooms can be a bit noisy, maybe they are not soundproof, i could hear activity on my floor.

free shuttle attentive lifeguard sea view noisy room casual staff damaged cues
the free shuttle buses to the mall of the emirates were useful. i also appreciated the attentive lifeguard by the pool. he kept the area clean and offered assistance quickly. the hotel provided a room with a sea view at check-in.
My room seemed a bit noisy. I could hear a lot happening on my floor. i also noticed the front desk staff seemed casually dressed. they were not very well dressed. the billiards table cues were damaged.

amazing STAY
clean room spacious room sea view convenient location
The room was clean. It was also spacious with a full sea view. This view made our mornings special. Breakfast was satisfactory, it had a good variety of options. The location is convenient, as it is close to key attractions.
the ROOMS are abit noisy, i could hear many things on my floor. not sure if they were sound proof.

The general restaurant does not have MANY choices. It has very tasty food. The chefs are to be congratulated. Breakfast and dinner were a delight.

The hotel offers free shuttle buses several times a day. These go to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall. From there, you can easily reach the Dubai Mall.

the LOCATION on Palm Jumeirah is super. There is a fine view of the Parus Hotel. There is also a swimming pool. A great beach is nearby the hotel.
