the free shuttle buses to the mall of the emirates were useful. i also appreciated the attentive lifeguard by the pool. he kept the area clean and offered assistance quickly. the hotel provided a room with a sea view at check-in.

My room seemed a bit noisy. I could hear a lot happening on my floor. i also noticed the front desk staff seemed casually dressed. they were not very well dressed. the billiards table cues were damaged.

The room was clean. It was also spacious with a full sea view. This view made our mornings special. Breakfast was satisfactory, it had a good variety of options. The location is convenient, as it is close to key attractions.

the ROOMS are abit noisy, i could hear many things on my floor. not sure if they were sound proof.
